Change is what the politicians say when they want your vote.

Saturday, May 10th, 2008

I think we can all agree on a couple of things.

First, politicians - on every side of the political spectrum from the dawn of days have promised that they will bring about change if elected!

Second, it never happens!

The reality is that change is a false promise.  There are too many elected officials that promised change, got to Washington and then fell in line with the system.  A system controled by a powerful few on both sides of the political aisle.

So why do I bring this up?  Because I truly believe that Barrack Obama is just another politician promising change that can’t be delivered.  When you’re dealing with an “institution” like Washington, D.C. - it just doesn’t work that way.  Too many have tricked us in the past, and failed to deliver.

Think carefully when you cast your vote.  Think about who has experience to work the system.  Think about it!

BTW - suspend the federal gas tax, because $20 bucks in my pocket, is $20 bucks I didn’t have before.

BTW - The roads and bridges are already bad so we know you haven’t been spending the federal gas tax on improving the roads and bridges.

Obama the “Parked” elitist has a lot of regrets!

Monday, April 14th, 2008

Only a guy who thinks he’s above it all could have these kinds of regrets.

  1. He regrets the “bitter” remark targeted on working class Pennsylvania voters being “bitter” about their economic lot!
  2. He regrets the 20 years of attending, listening and participating in Reverand Wright’s church!
  3. He regrets not paying his parking tickets in Cambridge, MA for 20 years!
  4. He regrets taking 27 years to pay off an old excise tax bill in Somerville.

What kind of “regrets” will he have if he becomes President?  How many of us could get away with not paying some of those “regrets”?

No further comment needed.

Nothing more to say on this one.

The press is parked!

Saturday, March 1st, 2008

Ever since Senator Hillary Clinton decided to run for president of the United States the media has done nothing but slant the news and the story to Barack Obama.  Just read a few articles or listen to the news on TV and you can see/hear the clear bias.

“Senator Clinton attacks Obama” where “Obama exposes Senator Clinton”.  Both type of statements in the media are prevalent.  Both state a negative view of Clinton and a positive view of Obama.  Clear bias by the media!  The sad part of all this is that because of the media’s bias Obama is looking good no matter how inept he may really be.  Which could mean another 4 years of inexperience, and failures in the White House if the guy gets elected.  The media has to get over the love affair and see Obama as he really is - only a good talker!

With that said I am going to try and even the bias game with the following true event.

Barack Obama: No Hand on Heart During National Anthem?

Barack Hussein Obama’s photo (that’s his real name)… the article said he REFUSED TO NOT ONLY PUT HIS HAND ON HIS HEART DURING THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, BUT REFUSED TO SAY THE PLEDGE… how can a man like this expect to be our next Commander-in-Chief????

Speaking of Obama Rhetoric…

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

Take a look at this great video on YouTube. Good job, buddy!

A short video on Obama greatest and only ability.

Obama you are boring me with your rhetoric.

Monday, February 25th, 2008

Every time I watch the news I see and hear the same thing about Obama. “Change we can believe in”? I doubt you Obama. All you can do is talk the talk. You have very little substance and even less in the realm of accomplishments. You see, change is something you make happen and saying it doesn’t make it so.

Obama you are boring me with your rhetoric. Every time I hear and see you I think…..boring, boring, boring. Other then your words what have you done to make me feel inspired? The answer is nothing? Nothing begets nothing.

If you get elected, (and it won’t be because of my vote) all I see is another 4 years of nothing.

SNL Obama and Hillary Face Off

Sunday, February 24th, 2008

Thanks to a friend who sent this video link from SNL last night featuring Obama bs-ing his way in a very eloquent, but non-substantive way, as usual.

Watch it here: http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/#mea=221776

Have a great rally tonight in Boston, Hillary! Wish we could be there.

Hillary, you’re welcome!

“It’s the gender stupid”

Wednesday, February 13th, 2008

Tell me why Hillary Clinton does not receive the same respect as Barack Obama?  Why is she referred to as Mrs. Clinton, but he is referred to as Senator Obama?

Why are women supporting the first African American presidential candidate, but snubbing the first female presidential candidate?

Why do they call her “unfeminine” for being intelligent, tough, aggressive and strong.  Isn’t that what we want in a leader?

Why isn’t Obama called “unmanly” for the same traits?

Why?  “It’s the gender stupid”.  Wake up people, pay attention and discover that Hillary’s the really qualified candidate.

Do you want a leader or a preacher?

Thursday, February 7th, 2008

For months I have been listening to the same words over and over - “Change we can believe in”. Quite frankly it sounds like a Sunday sermon and not a political direction. So if you really have been paying attention then you know that Hillary has been talking about change too. The difference is, her change comes with experience, actions and a long history of accomplishments that have made change happen.

The truth is, I don’t want another inexperienced, learn on the job President like George Bush. If you have read any of these previous posts then you know what I think of him and what he’s done to the country.

The truth is, I don’t want an orator. I want someone who can and has done it. Someone who can turn the economy around, get us out of the money pit in Iraq, restore our greatness abroad and take care of the folks at home.

The truth is a woman as President is real change. If you elect another man your not talking change, but more of the same “good ole boys” in power.

The truth is I want a leader! I’m voting for Hillary!
